Wayne Gaveled the unofficial meeting to order (due to lack of E-Board members and a quorum)
Wayne asked for a moment of silence for Ryan Hill’s dad (Ronald). And for former Beckie Jo Chismarick (Walkey).
Treasurer’s Report: Barb Foster, Bill and Income were read and approved by membership, A question in regard to bills was asked by Anne Criswell in regard to electrical, this was briefly explained by Barb to outlay of cash.
(Recreation)Wayne asked for $300 for our kids Halloween Party (TBD as date) chairs are Amanda Crouch and Debbie Garzanelli.
Chicken Fry October 15, 2022, we need help in this project, lotta room on the signup sheet. Get involved in your club, this is how we support our other functions.
Fish Fry at Shoreline Island October 16, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Ralph Conrad asked all to bring dessert or dish to pass.
Adult Halloween party will be October 29, 2022, 7-11 p.m.
December 4, 2022, a Mexican Potluck at Bears Packers game, Candy Jarigese and Jessica Crum are chairing this and ask that all bring an appetizers or dessert, since entrée’s will be handles.
Membership Chair: Jim Stalker, at this time liked to introduce to members Austin Kocher, let Austin and his friends talk on his behalf, Dave Baxter, Lance Abens, and Doug Shumway, Austin already prior to being introduced helped with our last project a steak fry, and loves the area and the opportunity to be a member of Shoreline boat club. I also like to thank Ed and Roberta Roloff in helping give a former daughter and family of our past member a tour of Shoreline and were kind enough to give them a boat ride and tour of our Island, Thanks Ed and Bert you guys’ rock.
Larry Michaels is in the hospital in Rockford after a series of small strokes please keep Larry and Family in your thoughts and prayers.
Lagoon Chair: Greg Farmer, Tomorrow Saturday October 8, 2022, Starting on change over from old walkway to new walkway on northwest side of the lagoon. Anyone with some time could use a hand project starts at 9:00 a.m.
Need Help with The Chicken Fry, say it again, “WE NEED HELP” for the Chicken Fry October 15
Old Business -0
New Business -Jerry Wiesbrock asked for monies for some cameras for the Island game cameras to protect our equipment stored out there. Approx $200 each, this was approved by membership.
